In the conference, we mainly summarized the achievements in the development of China's software and IT service industry in 2012 and released the Report on China Software and Information Service Outsourcing Industry in 2013 as well as the latest researches in the software and IT service field. The annual conference was value driving oriented, the development of IT outsourcing industry chains was focused on, and the application of new-generation IT in various industries was analyzed; the integration and enhancement of industrial chains was focused on, and the ways to transform management enterprises into the supply chains of management enterprises were explored; at the same time, the domestic and foreign latest technologies, solutions and research results were exchanged with the CIO of industry-leading companies in financial and manufacturing industries, etc. to optimize the industrial layout, enhance the core competitiveness, and help enterprises master the comprehensive knowledge of the trends and ideas of domestic leading technologies and business models.

In the conference, the deputy director of the Machinery Industry Information Center, Liu Gongxiao made several judgments for the development trend of China's machinery industry in the future decade.

First, China's machinery industry will continue to be an important driving force of the domestic economic growth in the next 10 years. We have entered the threshold of 18 trillion Yuan last year, and China's machinery industry in the next 10 years will maintain a certain growth rate.

Second, during the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" and the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" periods, the average growth rate of the industry was higher than 20%, and a 10-year rapid development was achieved. For some industry segments such as engineering machinery and airport industry, the growth rate is almost over 40%. Although during the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, there was a certain decline, the growth rate still maintained a two-digit level, and that is to say, the growth rate still achieved at least 10%.

Third, the number and the size of China's machinery industry have been listed the top position in the world, and will remain in the world top position in the next 10 years.

Fourth, transformation, upgrading and restructuring will be the main theme of the development of the machinery industry in the next 10 years.

Fifth, the integration of information technology and China's machinery industry will go substantially towards both the depth and the breadth.

Sixth, green manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing and service-oriented manufacturing will become the development direction of China's machinery industry.
